Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tablen (“Tablen”, “we”, “us”), operated by Tablen (operated by Nha Dat Co Ltd). By using Tablen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Tablen is a group-messaging application that stores your conversations and files in your own Google Drive, or, for organizations, your company’s Google Shared Drive. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Your Google account and Drive

To use Tablen you sign in with Google and authorize Tablen to access your Google Drive (the drive scope) so it can create and manage the files and folders that hold your Tables, threads, messages, and attachments. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for the content you create and store with Tablen.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tablen to:

• store, share, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• violate the rights (including intellectual-property and privacy rights) of others;
• upload malware or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service;
• access data or accounts that are not yours without permission; or
• misuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you create with Tablen. Because your content is stored in your own Google Drive (or your organization’s Shared Drive), you remain in control of it. You grant Tablen the limited permissions necessary to operate the service on your behalf — for example, to create, read, update, and organize the files that hold your messages and attachments.

5. Third-party services

Tablen relies on third-party services including Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic. Your use of Tablen is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Tablen is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Tablen at any time and revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; your continued use of Tablen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
